Digitalization of dealer reporting
Challenges
Due to continuously-occurring data quality problems and delays in the delivery of reports, our customer wanted to mitigate this issue. Data were scattered, huge Excel files did not open in an appropriate time, manual report-building was a time-intensive task and the missing single point of truth for dealer reporting were some of the challenges our client had to face.
Approach in detail
Data integration of complex (un)-structured data assets
With our strong data integration skills for processing (un)-structured data assets, we developed an architecture which integrates dealer related data sources into the Advanced Analytics data ecosystem. This enabled the availability of dealer data.
Data cleansing and assurance of data quality
We set up a three-layer data preparation architecture in order to prepare and integrate all relevant data sources properly and at the right quality.
Creation of highly dynamic KPI dashboards and visualizations
We created highly dynamic dashboards using our strong coding expertise in R and SQL in combination with powerful visualization skills in Tableau.
Preparation of data assets for future advanced analytics usage
Keeping advanced analytics in mind throughout the whole project, we ensured that the data assets are ready for further analytics tasks.
